All prices on our website are exclusive of made to measure and delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. Errors and omissions excluded.
Upon receipt of your order we will reply via e-mail, confirming your details and stating the total cost that will be charged to your credit card for goods and postal charges.
Modjool accepts debit cards and all major credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro (Switch), Maestro International, Mastercard, and Solo. As well as Paypal.
Shipping cost is based on the number of items ordered, however larger orders may incur a surcharge (ie orders over 5 items), these will be marked accordingly.
You will normally receive your items from Modjool in 3 to 4 weeks. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. In the unlikely event of items being out of stock, we will inform you of the likely delay and enquire whether you wish to continue with your order or receive an alternative or cancel the order. In the event of cancellation of order you will get a full refund including delivery charges. All orders are subject to availability.
Orders are quoted and will be charged in UK pounds sterling (£). Overseas customers will be charged at the rate in force with your credit card issuer at the time of the transaction. The conversion rate will be at the prevailing rate at time of order. Due to currency fluctuations, prices shown in US dollars $ and EU € are not accurate but approximate and for general guide purpose only.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, you may send them back with a cover letter for an exchange or full refund to:

As a consumer, once unwanted goods are received, you have a 7 working day cancellation period, this starts the day after receipt of unwanted goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). We cannot refund or exchange items which have been worn or altered in any way or if you decide you do not like them. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage - we recommend you obtain a proof of posting certificate and adequate insurance.
CUSTOM & DUTY
Import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and any additional charges for customs clearance or any services must be borne by you. We do not have any control on these charges and cannot predict the amount they may be.
We take all possible care to reproduce and describe items accurately. However, as the beads and leather are handmade and not mass produced, there may be some variation in the colour, texture and finish of individual items. Please refer to the section on Returns and Exchanges if you are dis-satisfied.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMPLAINTS
In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of dealing with Modjool, please inform us as soon as possible, by email, telephone or letter, in order that we can put things right without delay. Modjool will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
